The problem
Reposition a drone/photo producer (ex-Vista360) as a visual-strategy firm for high-value properties. Built the iusim.co site: a dark editorial Next.js static export with a video hero, manifesto, method, case studies and a diagnostic request flow, backed by Sanity content.
Highlights
- Full-bleed video hero with sound toggle, serif/sans editorial typography and smooth scroll
- Next.js 16 static export on Cloudflare Pages, git-connected to a production branch; content in Sanity/MDX
- Part of a monorepo that also holds a client admin/portal and a content 'machine' (shown separately, not as this site)
