The problem
Give an experienced tennis coach a premium local presence that turns searches into WhatsApp bookings. Built a static Astro site with a GSAP hero that paints a regulation court, a career timeline, a 'build your training plan' questionnaire and neighbourhood landing pages.
Highlights
- Hero animation: court lines draw themselves and the surface cycles hard court → grass → clay (static for reduced-motion users)
- Structured data graph (Person, SportsActivityLocation, OfferCatalog, FAQPage) plus sitemap and llms.txt for search and AI assistants
- Zero framework JS, self-hosted fonts, AVIF/WebP images; served from Cloudflare on a custom domain
