How I work

  1. 1

    Brief and script

Start from the business goal: who needs to feel what, in how many seconds. Write the script and shot list before touching a model.

  2. 2

    Look and characters

Lock the visual language with reference frames and consistent characters, so forty shots feel like one film.

  3. 3

    Generate and select

Generate each shot across image and video models, then keep only the takes that hold up frame by frame.

  4. 4

    Edit, sound, finish

Cut, score, voice and grade in Premiere. Subtitles and end cards per platform, 16:9 and 9:16.
