The problem
Explore a product that tells investors what can and can't be verified about new developments, with every number tagged by source and date. Built interactive single-file prototypes (the 'praça' map with neighbourhoods, beaches, 37 mapped assets and data layers, plus launch-sheet and atlas views) from OpenStreetMap geometry through Python builds.
Highlights
- Tiltable, rotatable map of the island with neighbourhood, beach and road layers plus offer/demand/assessed-value overlays
- 'The investor's seven questions' panel: states openly which ones have no public data source in Brazil
- Discovery backed by an Obsidian research vault, ADRs and go/no-go gates; the prototype is labelled 'pré-gate · não é oferta' (pre-gate, not an offer)
